How do you package your vinyl for shipping?
We use premium, reinforced cardboard mailers with extra padding and corner protection to ensure your records arrive in pristine, warp-free condition.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns within 30 days. While unopened items receive a full refund, opened records can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect or significant audio skipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
